Role and responsibilities :

• Develop a portfolio of key account and SME customers
• Identify needs, qualify opportunities and propose appropriate solutions (project management, fixed-price, technical assistance, etc.).
• Manage the entire cycle: prospecting, appointments, negotiation, closing
• Monitor customer satisfaction and the careers of consultants on assignment

Your qualities and qualifications :

• 5-year degree (business school, engineering or equivalent)
• You must have at least 1.5 years' experience as a Business Engineer in an ESN (excluding work-study/internship).
• You are familiar with IT environments (infra, dev, data...)
• You are comfortable with prospecting, negotiating and managing assignments.
• Dynamic, autonomous, good communicator and results-oriented. 5-year degree (business school, engineering or equivalent).
