The ideal candidate will demonstrate in-depth technical expertise and have a cross-functional vision of projects, ensuring consistency between the various technical and functional components on our projects. The Tech Lead\/Architect will be responsible for the technical management of a development team, acting both as mentor and guarantor of the technical quality of projects.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and define overall project architecture, taking into account technical, functional and business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Be able to implement the proposed solutions and ensure their expertise vis<br \/>\nto teams<\/li>\n<li>Guarantee the integration and interoperability of the various software bricks and infrastructures.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with development, infrastructure, security and business teams to ensure the success of projects<\/li>\n<li>Act as the technical reference for architectural aspects (urbanization, modularity, scalability, performance, security)<\/li>\n<li>Anticipate technological developments and propose innovative solutions in line with the company's strategic objectives<\/li>\n<li>Help define best practices in IT governance and risk management<\/li>\n<li>Continuous technology watch to identify market trends and opportunities for improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills required:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in information systems architecture <strong>(2 years minimum)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Mastery of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps technologies<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of databases and security standards<\/li>\n<li>Ability to see the big picture and anticipate short- and long-term impacts on<br \/>\narchitecture<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills for dealing with multidisciplinary teams (technical and business)<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to analyze, synthesize and make decisions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: revert;
