We are looking for a \u00abMarketing & Growth\u00bb intern to support our Marketing-Communication Department.<\/h3>\n

The internship must take place in Paris (offices at Bastille\/Gare de Lyon) and must be filled quickly.<\/p>\n

Silamir Group is now established in France, Morocco, Poland and the USA.<\/p>\n

Your mission: boost Silamir's influence and performance<\/h2>\n

Reporting to our CMO, your role is twofold: embody our expertise through high value-added content and optimize our visibility on new channels (IA & Search).<\/p>\n

1. Content & Influence (Brand) strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Multimedia production: creation of LinkedIn posts (experts, C-level), carousels and short videos.<\/li>\n
  • Storytelling: writing interviews, business profiles and expertise pages for the we site<\/li>\n
  • Coverage of internal\/external events (photos, mini-videos, live posts)<\/li>\n
  • Employer branding \/ Community management (newsletters, intranet, etc.)<\/li>\n
  • Editorial line: structuring recurring formats to promote our successful customers and partners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Growth Marketing & GEO (Performance)<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • AI optimization (GEO\/AEO): structuring content to maximize its visibility in LLM responses (ChatGPT, conversational engines) and search engines<\/li>\n
    • Analysis & Iteration: KPI tracking (engagement, clicks, conversions) and ongoing format optimization<\/li>\n
    • Intelligence: monitoring SEO\/IA developments to stay one step ahead<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. Sales Enablement (Business)<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Sales support: creation of sales tools (battle cards, success stories, customer presentations)<\/li>\n
      • Enhancing the value of our offers: highlighting our key areas of expertise (Microsoft, Data\/IA, Performance, etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Your qualities and qualifications :<\/h2>\n
          \n
        • You are in M1 or M2 in Marketing, Communication or Digital<\/strong><\/li>\n
        • Soft skills: excellent writing and spelling, creativity, autonomy and strong proactivity<\/li>\n
        • Hard skills: mastery (or quick learning) of Canva, Notion and Figma<\/li>\n
