Within the Enterprise Transformation Business Unit, our EPM consultants support financial departments in implementing and optimizing their performance management solutions: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.<\/p>\n

Experienced EPM Consultant within the Enterprise Transformation Business Unit<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Role and responsibilities :<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Gather and formalize business requirements<\/strong> You analyze the challenges facing financial departments, formalize requirements, and validate them with users to ensure the proposed solutions align with on-the-ground expectations.<\/li>\n
  • Design and model EPM solutions<\/strong> You participate in the functional and technical design of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting models on the main market platforms (Anaplan, Pigment, CCH Tagetik, Oracle PBCS, IBM Planning Analytics \/ TM1).<\/li>\n
  • Deploy and strengthen solutions<\/strong> You perform unit and integration tests, produce documentation, and provide user acceptance support to ensure the quality of deliverables.<\/li>\n
  • Train and support users<\/strong> You transmit best practices and upskill client teams on the deployed tools.<\/li>\n
  • Contribute to business life<\/strong> You participate occasionally in pre-sales activities (POCs, scoping, client presentations) and contribute to identifying opportunities within your scope.<\/li>\n
  • Evolve existing solutions<\/strong> You ensure evolutionary maintenance and propose continuous optimizations to maximize delivered value.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Your skills and qualifications<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or university) with a specialization in finance, management control, or information systems<\/li>\n
    • 3 to 5 years of experience in EPM projects, acquired in a consulting firm or through integration
      \nProficiency in modeling within at least one EPM solution (Anaplan, Pigment, CCH Tagetik, Oracle PBCS, or TM1)<\/li>\n
    • Good foundation in data modeling and business logic; knowledge of advanced Excel, SQL, or ETL is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • Analytical and rigorous mindset, autonomous and proactive in problem-solving<\/li>\n
    • Curiosity for new SaaS performance solutions and a taste for innovation<\/li>\n
    • Sense of customer service, interpersonal skills, and genuine pleasure in working in a multidisciplinary team<\/li>\n
    • Fluent French; English is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
