The digital transformation initiated by the Group several years ago involves the deployment of a single management and decision-making tool in line with the Group's strategy. Three pilot entities have been selected to demonstrate the value of this tool through distinct use cases

- MVP conducted jointly for all 3 entities, including business-specific use cases
- Demonstrating the value of each of the three MVPs
Approach / System
- Entity 1: a project to automate the entity's Strategic Plan, through decentralized input for the various contributors
- Entity 2: a pilot was carried out to validate the suitability of the Anaplan solution for S&OP transformation in an Integrated Business Planning context.
- Entity 3: a project to streamline the IT budgeting process for the entity
