We are looking for our future Alliance Manager 

As a business orchestrator, reporting to the CMO, you will support the Marketing Department in the development and management of an ecosystem of strategic partners (hyperscalers & publishers) in order to :

  • Accelerate business pipelineWin complex multi-partner deals
  • Increase the value of Silamir offers (services, IP, co-sell, co-marketing)
  • Structuring a high-performance GTM dynamic with our partners

Our main partners: AWS, Celonis, Microsoft, Pigment, Salesforce, Snowflake, UiPath
Your internal interactions: Offer holders, Sales, Customer Success, Delivery & Expertise, Marketing, Recruitment
Geography: France (core) + EMEA opportunities

Your missions 

1. Business development via the ecosystem
- Follow-up on partner-sourced & co-sell leads (marketplaces, named accounts)
- Promotion of multi-partner packages (Data/IA, EPM, CRM, Automation, etc.)
- Identification of common strategic accounts
- Activating the right partners at the right time in the sales cycle
- Contribution to deal strategies (positioning, win themes, offer assembly)

2. Sales promotion & sales enablement
Help set up and lead partner rituals :

- Business Review bi-monthly, QBR
- Pipe reviews, GTM actions & forecast co-sell
- Coordination of joint GTM actions
- Pre-campaign & RFP sales training and events
- Creation of sales aids (partner pitches, battlecards, customer cases)

3. Governance & partner programs
- Managing partnership levels & co-sell readiness
- Follow-up on certifications & upgrading key skills
- Monitoring of MDF / coop marketing budgets
- Deployment of quarterly plans: events, webinars, case studies
- Consolidated reporting : Pipe influenced / Closing rate / MDF utilization / Partner contribution to deals

Your qualities and qualifications :

  • You have a first significant experience (2 years) in alliances, marketing, B2B, partnerships or business development. 
  • Experience in a Tech / Cloud / Consulting environment would be highly appreciated
  • Good understanding of Cloud & ISV ecosystems
  • Ability to work on multi-stakeholder deals
  • Business orientation, value and closing
  • Ability to structure concrete action plans
  • Cross-functional coordination skills
  • Key marketing skills
  • Understanding B2B Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
  • Ability to implement partner campaigns (webinars, content, events)
  • Mastery of co-marketing & co-selling mechanics
  • Reading and analysis of marketing & sales KPIs (conversion, influenced pipe, MDF ROI)
  • Good understanding of product marketing (packaging, verticalization, use cases)
  • CRM knowledge & pipeline management

Soft skills: you are structured, rigorous, autonomous and results-oriented. You have excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.
