With Silamir and Claude, OpenHealth Company replaced a slow and publisher-dependent platform with a faster, more secure data portal that its own teams manage.
The results
x10 to x50
on the response times compared to the old portal
1 to 2 days
to produce a new report, compared to about 10 days before
100%
satisfied first customers deployed
100% autonomous
OHC teams can make the portal evolve without contraindications
The challenge
Transforming a technical constraint into a strategic advantage
OpenHealth Company provides pharmaceutical laboratories with data derived from sales in pharmacies, parapharmacies and through digital channels.
In this market, the speed of access to information is essential. However, the old portal limited OHC’s ability to meet its customers’ expectations.
The response times were too long. The interface had to be redesigned. Each evolution remained dependent on the roadmap of a third-party publisher whose license costs were increasing.
OHC therefore did not simply want to replace a tool. The company wanted to regain control of its platform and accelerate its ability to innovate.
All this in a particularly demanding environment. The future portal was required to maintain HDS compliance, ensure strict access governance, and protect sensitive health data.
THE SOLUTION AGREED BY SILAMIR
1. Building an open and controlled platform
Silamir and the teams at OHC have jointly designed a new data portal for players in the pharmaceutical industry.
The project brought together the business, data, IT, and design expertise of the two companies. Regular workshops enabled the testing of the guidelines, the challenge of technical choices, and the direct integration of the needs of the OHC teams.
This collaboration has enabled the development of a solution tailored to real-world use cases rather than reproducing the limitations of the old platform.
The new portal now offers:
- clearly reduced response times; ;
- a completely redesigned interface; ;
- precise management of rights according to profiles; ;
- strict isolation of data from each customer; ;
- an architecture capable of quickly integrating new technologies.
2. Accelerate production thanks to an agent plant
To produce the platform, Silamir designed an agent production facility based on Claude Code.
Several specialized agents participated in the development process. Each one worked on a defined function, such as architecture, the interface, data feed, or documentation.
This organization has enabled the production to be accelerated while maintaining a controlled development framework.
OHC’s real customer data has never been exposed to AI. Compliance, security, and governance were integrated from the design of the portal.
A first phase conducted in real conditions confirmed the viability of the approach and the performance gains. OHC and Silamir then industrialised this foundation to enable its deployment across the company.

THE RESULTS IN FIGURES
Visible results from the moment production begins
In production since the summer of 2026, the portal already covers an initial range of customers and has several hundred active users each week.
The first results show:
- answers up to 50 times faster that on the old portal; ;
- reports produced in 1 to 2 days, compared to about 10 before; ;
- first customers deployed are satisfied with the new experience; ;
- An evolution now assured directly by the OHC teams.
Deployment is continuing gradually across the rest of the client portfolio
«With Silamir, we have jointly built a state-of-the-art portal that our customers rave about and that our teams are developing autonomously.»

From experimentation to useful AI in production
This project shows that agentic AI can produce tangible gains in a sensitive and regulated environment.
Value does not solely come from the technology used; it is based on a clear framework, an adapted architecture, and a real transfer of skills.
The framework designed for OHC now forms a reusable base. Silamir can adapt it to other organizations wishing to accelerate the development of complex platforms while retaining control over their data.
