Background and objectives

Our customer's various challenges :

  • Low CRM adoption (BtoB) and a strong reluctance to change on the part of users
  • Current CRM was not fully aligned with business objectives and user needs
  • Lack of vision and associated roadmap on the following subjects: CRM process coverage, choice of functionalities and their application in the day-to-day activities of sales teams
  • Lack of integration of transactional data and inefficient dashboards for correct monitoring of sales activity
  • Difficulties in obtaining accurate information and results via CRM
  • Wish to choose an E-commerce solution to replace the current one deemed obsolete

Approach / System

We have set up our BRIDGE offer, based on three main pillars:

  • AS-IS" DIAGNOSIS:

Carry out an exhaustive diagnosis of current CRM and E-commerce platforms in terms of design, data, tech and implementation: business processes, UX/UI, adoption issues, user difficulties and needs, functionality, level of personalization, architecture and data models, delivery model, governance, etc.

  • VISION DEFINITION :

Development of the target vision for business processes and the application of CRM and E-commerce platforms, taking into account the customer's objectives, priorities and business activities.

  • TO-BE CRM AND ROADMAP :

Definition of a CRM roadmap for the next 2 years, prioritizing key business processes and user needs.
Obtain management approval before launching design. Creation of a business case including the investments required to achieve the proposed roadmap.
