Within the Enterprise Transformation Business Unit, our EPM consultants support financial departments in implementing and optimizing their performance management solutions: planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Experienced EPM Consultant within the Enterprise Transformation Business Unit

Role and responsibilities :

• Gather and formalize business requirements You analyze the challenges facing financial departments, formalize requirements, and validate them with users to ensure the proposed solutions align with on-the-ground expectations.
• Design and model EPM solutions You participate in the functional and technical design of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting models on the main market platforms (Anaplan, Pigment, CCH Tagetik, Oracle PBCS, IBM Planning Analytics / TM1).
• Deploy and strengthen solutions You perform unit and integration tests, produce documentation, and provide user acceptance support to ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Train and support users You transmit best practices and upskill client teams on the deployed tools.
• Contribute to business life You participate occasionally in pre-sales activities (POCs, scoping, client presentations) and contribute to identifying opportunities within your scope.
• Evolve existing solutions You ensure evolutionary maintenance and propose continuous optimizations to maximize delivered value.

Your skills and qualifications

• Master's degree (business school, engineering school, or university) with a specialization in finance, management control, or information systems
• 3 to 5 years of experience in EPM projects, acquired in a consulting firm or through integration
  Proficiency in modeling within at least one EPM solution (Anaplan, Pigment, CCH Tagetik, Oracle PBCS, or TM1)
• Good foundation in data modeling and business logic; knowledge of advanced Excel, SQL, or ETL is a plus.
• Analytical and rigorous mindset, autonomous and proactive in problem-solving
• Curiosity for new SaaS performance solutions and a taste for innovation
• Sense of customer service, interpersonal skills, and genuine pleasure in working in a multidisciplinary team
• Fluent French; English is a plus
