Final year internship - Enterprise Transformation Consultant (M/F) - in Paris

We are looking for an Intern Consultant to join our Enterprise Transformation team - Final year internship - Duration 6 months - Basé à Paris

Silamir is now established in France, Morocco, Poland and the U.A.E. The consulting business is mainly based in Paris, with some forty consultants.

Enterprise Transformation

The Enterprise Transformation BU supports customers in the design and deployment of their business, data and technology transformation strategies and programs.

Our consultants are involved from one end of the transformation to the other: scoping phases, definition of strategies and visions, design of solutions (organizations, processes, data and technology products and services, etc.), support for change and adoption of business and technology solutions, transformation management, large-scale mobilization of the organization, etc.

Examples of assignments:

• Define and test new offers for a telecom player looking to break into new markets
• Design and deploy new uses for a sales force
• Define and deploy an insurer's new online customer experience and design the associated new mobile application
• Support the data transformation of a manufacturer, from organization to the design of the technical and change roadmap
• Supporting better workload management in a bank

Your qualities and qualifications :

• As a student in a business school, IEP or engineering school in your final year of a Master's degree, you are looking for an end-of-studies internship.
• You are ready to assume responsibilities with professionalism and rigor
• Proactive and autonomous, you are able to quickly master new technical subjects.
• You are able to synthesize information and have logical and writing skills.
• You have a perfect command of spoken and written French.
• You can work - orally and in writing - in English
• You have a good command of Pack Office / Google suite, and Excel in particular.

You will receive a bonus of €1,500 gross per month, a 50% Navigo pass and luncheon vouchers.
