Final year internship - Enterprise Transformation Consultant (M/F) - in Paris

We are looking for an Intern Consultant to join our Enterprise Transformation team - Final year internship - Duration 6 months - Basé à Paris

Enterprise Transformation

The BU Enterprise Transformation assists its clients (large groups and intermediate-sized enterprises, in France and internationally, across all sectors) in the design and deployment of their business, data, and technology transformation strategies and programs.

Our consultants are involved throughout the transformation process: scoping phases, strategy and vision definition, solution design (organizations, processes, data and technological products and services, etc.), change management and adoption of business and technological solutions, transformation management, large-scale organizational mobilization, etc.

Enterprise Transformation supports its clients on the following topics:

• Strategy, Organization & Operating Models: Rethink systemic and operational models to operationalize transformations (organizational transformation and performance, governance, business model canvas/vision, processes, etc.)

• Customer-centric enterprise: making the customer the primary source of company inspiration and transformation (customer experience, journey, user experience, product and service design, offering marketing, value propositions, etc.)

• Corporate experience: engaging human capital, the company's primary asset (future of work, employee experience, internal platforms and tools, employee engagement, social climate, handling psychosocial risks, workload diagnosis and action plans, employer branding, etc.)

Innovation at Scale: building and growing through innovation, at scale (innovation vision, framing and implementation of innovation initiatives – Labs, consortiums –, support for innovation cycles – ideation, prioritization, evaluation –, delivery of innovation projects, support for scaling,...)

• Change & Learning: Support business transformations and individual and collective trajectories (change/adoption strategies and plans, design of innovative and engaging paths and content for adopting job skills and solutions, training, coaching, skills and talent management)

...and mobilizes its expertise in collaborative thinking and doing across all its projects (design and facilitation of collaborative seminars ranging from COMEX/CODIR (Executive Committee/Management Committee) level to several hundred participants).

Examples of assignments:

• Define and test new offers from a telecom player looking to enter new markets
• Design and deploy new uses for a sales force
• Define and deploy an insurer's new online customer experience and design the associated new mobile application.
• Accompany an industrial company's data transformation, from organization to the design of the technical and change roadmap
• Supporting better workload management in a bank

Your qualities and qualifications :

• Student in their final year of a Master's program at a top business school, IEP (Institute of Political Studies), or engineering school, Are you looking for a final internship?
• You are ready to assume responsibilities with professionalism and rigor
• Proactive and autonomous, you are able to quickly master new technical subjects.
• You are able to synthesize information and have logical and writing skills.
• You have a perfect command of spoken and written French.
• You can work - orally and in writing - in English
• You are proficient with Office Suite / Google Suite
