Silamir, a partner of Anthropic, designed and piloted a new data portal for the pharmaceutical industry for OpenHealth Company (OHC)., produced hand in hand with the OHC teams and powered by an agent-based system called Claude. Designed to stay at the forefront in a market where data must be immediate, this portal allows OHC to offer its customers a completely redesigned experience, while retaining full control over its sensitive and regulated health data.

With Silamir and Claude, OpenHealth Company Offering its clients response times up to 50 times faster, it has completely redesigned its data portal experience and has opened up to the rapid integration of technological innovations, rather than following a roadmap from a third-party publisher. Its teams are now evolving the platform autonomously, without relying on a third-party provider, while retaining full control of their health data at every stage of the project.
THE CHALLENGE
In a market where data must be immediate, OHC wanted to offer its pharmaceutical industry customers a next-generation experience, with significantly shorter response times, a redesigned interface, and an open solution capable of quickly integrating technological innovations rather than following a third-party publisher’s roadmap. A context of rising license costs for its previous tool reinforced this conviction.
The framework remained demanding: OHC had to maintain, on its new portal, a level of access governance at least equivalent to the existing one, maintain its HDS (Health Data Host) compliance, and retain full sovereignty over sensitive health data throughout the project.
THE SOLUTION AGREED BY SILAMIR
Silamir and the teams at OHC built this portal hand in hand, through workshops and iterative challenges involving the businesses’ respective fields of expertise, data, IT, and design. To produce it, Silamir designed an agent factory powered by Claude Code agents, each dedicated to a specific part of the platform (architecture, interface, data feed, documentation), without ever exposing the real data of OHC’s clients to the AI.
A first phase enabled the approach to be validated in real-world conditions, with immediate performance gains. OHC then industrialised this foundation, with Silamir, for enterprise-wide use, with rights management per profile and strict data isolation of each client.
SILAMIR ASSISTANCE
Beyond the technological choice, the value brought by Silamir resided in a method: to align the target architecture and regulatory constraints with OHC before any development, and to challenge each proposal in both directions throughout the workshops; several structuring choices for the portal, moreover, came from the OHC teams themselves.
Silamir has also made driving change a full-fledged pillar of the project, rather than a final stage of the mission. The OHC teams were involved from the outset of construction to build up their expertise, with one goal achieved: they are now evolving the portal independently, without relying on a third-party provider.
The framework built for OHC is a reusable foundation: Silamir leverages this architecture to deploy new agent plants at other clients, with the same level of demand for security and data governance.
THE RESULTS IN FIGURES
In production since the summer of 2026, the portal:
- already covers a first group of customers with several hundred active users each week, and is gradually being rolled out to the rest of the OHC portfolio
- displays response times up to 50 times faster that the old solution, for a 100% customer satisfaction % as of today
- allows to produce a new report in 1 to 2 days versus approximately 10 days previously
The teams at OpenHealth Company are now independently developing the portal on their own account, using the Anthropic platform, and continue to expand its scope as new clients are deployed.

This success is part of the partnership between Silamir and Anthropic, Claude’s publisher. It illustrates Silamir’s ability to deploy agentive AI in real production conditions, including in a sector as regulated and sensitive as that of health data.
