• Reporting to : Report to Practice Leader or to CTO.

Position objective

The Tech Leader Microsoft Cloud Architect for the Azure Infrastructure Practice is responsible for the designthe supervision technical solutions, and technical leadership on customer projects. He/she is the guarantor of architectural solutions, coordinates technical teams and ensures customer satisfaction through efficient delivery in line with best practices.

Main responsibilities

• Design and Supervision of Technical Solutions Cloud solutions: responsible for the design, architecture and implementation of cloud solutions tailored to customer needs, taking into account technical, budgetary and security constraints.
• Technical Coordination and Leadership : guides the technical teams and ensures coordination between SILAMIND teams and customers to guarantee consistency and proper execution of projects.
• Results Manager and Customer Interface Customer service: main point of contact for technical aspects, responsible for customer satisfaction by guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and the performance of implemented solutions.
• Pre-sales and management Participate actively in pre-sales activities, including the preparation and presentation of detailed, customized technical proposals to customers.
• Project Management Our responsibilities include: overseeing several cloud projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and specifications are met, and acting as the main point of contact for technical issues.
• Innovation and Technology Watch To stay at the forefront of innovation in cloud technology, by participating in conferences, conducting internal research, and testing new technologies that can benefit the company.

Skills required

• Techniques :
  • Mastering environments Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Services, Azure App Serviceand Azure Red Hat OpenShift.
  • Expertise in hybrid environments with Azure VMware Solution, Nutanix Clusters on Azure, SAP on Azureand AIX on Azure.
  • Skills in automation and infrastructure management via Terraform, Bicepand solutions DevOps as Azure DevOps and GitHub.
  • Platform experience Power Apps for creating Low-Code/No-Code applications.
• Leadership and Project Management :
  • Proven skills in technical leadership and in technical team management in complex environments.
  • Experience in project management cloud, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and technical requirements are met.
  • Resource management and team supervision, with a strong ability to organize, lead and optimize project teams.
• Certifications : Microsoft Azure certifications advanced level (e.g. : Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are required.
• Languages : Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Training : BAC+5 degree, engineer or university equivalent in computer science, software engineering, or relevant technical field.
• Experience : Minimum 8 years' experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azurewith at least 3 years in a management role Tech Leader or technical manager.
