Enterprise transformation

The Enterprise Transformation BU supports its customers (major groups and SMEs in all sectors, in France and abroad) in the design and deployment of their business, data and technology transformation strategies and programs.

Our consultants are involved from one end of the transformation to the other: scoping phases, definition of strategies and visions, design of solutions (organizations, processes, data and technology products and services, etc.), support for change and adoption of business and technology solutions, transformation management, large-scale mobilization of the organization, etc.

Enterprise Transformation supports its customers in the following areas:

  • Strategy, Organization & Operating Models Rethinking systems and operating models to operationalize transformations (organizational transformation and performance, governance, business model canvas/vision, processes, etc.).
  • Customer-centric enterprise : Make the customer the company's primary source of inspiration and transformation (customer experience, customer journey, user experience, product and service design, offer marketing, value propositions, etc.).
  • Corporate experience Engage human capital, the company's most important asset (future of work, employee experience, internal platforms and tools, employee commitment, social climate, RPS management, workload diagnosis and action plans, employer brand, etc.).
  • Innovation at Scale Building and growing through innovation, at scale (innovation vision, framing and implementation of innovation systems - Labs, consortiums -, support for innovation cycles - ideation, prioritization, evaluation -, delivery of innovation projects, support for scaling up, etc.).
  • Change & Learning : Support business transformation and individual and collective career paths (change/adoption strategies and plans, design of innovative and engaging career paths and content to encourage the adoption of business practices and solutions, training, coaching, skills and talent management).

...and mobilizes its expertise Collaborative thinking & doing across all its projects (design and facilitation of collaborative seminars from COMEX/CODIR level to several hundred participants).

Senior consultant with enterprise transformation

Role and responsibilities :

  • Contribute to the management and deployment of projects, as close as possible to our customers You will be responsible for: deploying approaches and solutions at our customers' sites, and actively contributing to project management to ensure that our commitments, deadlines and the quality of service provided to the customer are met. You are vigilant and proactive in ensuring that we deliver value to our customers.
  • Managing and maintaining customer relations Customer service: on a day-to-day basis, you work closely with customers and listen to their needs, ensuring that you support them in their key issues and guarantee their satisfaction. You are attentive to the issues at stake, in line with the projects carried out, to support the overall coherence of their initiatives.
  • Developing Silamir talents: you support trainees and consultants on a daily basis in their learning trajectory, both on and off the project, through your mentoring approach and your concern to help them progress
  • Contribute to the development and growth of the BU and the Group Silamir: you will contribute to sales proposals and suggest development avenues identified within your scope; you will promote Silamir's offers and news to your customers; you will contribute to the writing of articles or points of view on your preferred subjects; you will contribute to or create training courses.
  • Bringing the collective to life : you make a major contribution to the life of the team, through leadership and dialogue with the teams

Your daily life at Silamir :

  • You will be part of a close-knit, dynamic team of consultants, senior consultants and managers, headed by a BU director.
  • Every day, you put your talent to work on complex assignments, developing creative approaches and solutions that you implement in the field in close collaboration with your customers.
  • You operate in close proximity to your customers, both for your own projects and with a view to maintaining your network and identifying new areas for collaboration.
  • You will continuously acquire versatile skills in the organizational, business, data and technological issues involved in supporting your customers' transformation.
  • You cultivate agility, adapting to changing circumstances with the aim of providing your customers with practical, innovative solutions.
  • You start supervising interns or consultants on in-house assignments or projects
  • You will work as part of a team to ensure the success of your assignments and to win new customers or areas of collaboration, with prospects for advancement in line with the Group's development.

Your qualities and qualifications :

  • You have an initial successful experience (>2 years) in a management consulting firm, during which you mainly worked on transformation issues in the broadest sense, including data and technology projects.
  • You have specific knowledge of a few sectors or issues in particular (multiple projects in the same sector or on the same issue)
  • You have already led a number of projects, on a variety of issues and in a variety of sectors, and work with a high degree of autonomy.
  • You have a taste for the field and experimentation: you know how to talk strategy but also develop operational and innovative approaches, centered on the needs of business lines, and listen to them.
  • You are service-minded and highly customer-focused, listening to and questioning your customers, and reactive. You have the reflex to seek feedback from your customers.
  • You are ready to assume responsibilities with professionalism and rigor, and to contribute to the development of an entity.
  • Proactive and autonomous, you are able to quickly master new subjects (new sectors, technical subjects).
  • You have a winning sales mindset, and the reflex to detect and generate opportunities; you like to challenge yourself to propose the best approaches to your customers.
  • You are recognized for your human qualities, and enjoy sharing your knowledge and skills with the rest of the team; you are a team player.
